Having owned an E30, the choice is easy for me. I’ll take the 911.

Not that the E30 is bad, mind you, it's just too cramped in the footwell for my size 14 shoes.

The E30 M3 is rarer and more unique, so I’d choose that route. I see too many 964's at Porsche Club track days.

Porsche hands-down. It’s more of a grand touring car than the racing-special M3.

If the Porsche is a C4, I’ll take the M3. A standard 2wd Carrera, I’ll take it. Early C4s are a little clunky.
